There are many benefits to owning land. First, land ownership gives the owner peace of mind. As a long term, tangible asset, raw land doesn't wear out or depreciate, and there is nothing that can be stolen or broken on it. It is a limited resource that is relatively inexpensive to own and requires little maintenance.
These days parents are prioritizing on buying their children land when they are still young, so that they can be able to build an empire as they grow up, with their parents' guidance. More parents should start considering this more, for their children if they can afford it, because sometimes it's not like parents don't want do wonderful things for their children, they are just not financially stable.
An amazing mom recently gifted her daughter a land on her 2nd birthday and as baby girl's birthday celebration outfit, she rocked up like a farmer. She also shared mind blowing pictures of her daughter standing next to her land as she captioned her post: "I have been trying to figure out what’s the best gift mommy can get you for your second birthday, land was the first thing that came to mind. Congratulation with your 1st piece my baby and happy 2nd birthday BabyK".
