Motsepe was loaned $8 million by this white man to start his mining business

Motsepe's mining business was launched with a loan of $8 million from an unnamed white man.

Many people know that Patrice Motsepe is among the wealthiest persons in South Africa. He is worth billions of Rand, which is equivalent to $3.01 billion, according to Forbes and other financial journals.

Most got his start in business in 1997, just three years after the African National Congress (ANC) won South Africa's first democratic election. Motsepe founded the mining conglomerate African Rainbow Minerals, which mines precious metals like gold, platinum, and silver.

Since most black people don't have much money and mining is a very expensive industry to start, many have speculated about where Motsepe acquired the capital to launch his mining company.

Fortunately, Motsepe was able to borrow $8 million from a man named Bobby Godsell on reasonable conditions, with repayment coming out of the mine's future profits. No one knows what lies in the future, try to be kind and humble with everyone.
