The five story building is furnished with state of the art equipments, furniture and the red colour of some items inside each floor illuminates the building, bringing it more into life the EFF way.
On the fourth floor, that is where EFF's secretary general's office is found led by commissar Marshall Dlamini. The office of the deputy secretary general of the EFF Poppy Mailola is also found on the fourth floor to ensure that the organisation operates fully with competent staff.
Treasurer general's office is situated in the third floor led by Omphile Maotwe responsible for finance and fundraising for the organisation. The offices are very spacious, well decorated and have beautiful furniture.
Second floor is where most decisions and arguments will be heard and made as it is the boardroom. There is also the election department where the accessibility and influence of the party is measured.
The floor also has a spacious kitchen, with cupboards well decorated to give their staff that home feeling.
First floor is the most exciting of all as they have built a state of the art radio and television studio to allow the organisation to be accessible and be informative.
The ground floor is obviously the beautiful reception where one will see the illuminating red colour, a symbol of the EFF shining even brighter on their red sofas.
