ABOLISH TENDER SYSTEM in SA.
Opinion - Tendering system is not bad, but it's awarding it to people that inflate prices which makes it bad.
But here is the reason it will remain so:
If I sell a t-shirt for R20, obviously when I bid for a tender I'd say it's R60 to make way for kickbacks. Kickbacks go to individuals and the political party. It may not be in a form of cash, but t-shirts that are bought during election campaigns. Hiring of venues, transport, Sound system, security etc.
Apartheid Government never gave us economic freedom they remain with the wealth and only gave few blacks a compensation of 15% of the wealth and business that is the reason we kill each other the is not enough for everyone even Foreigners steals the small remaining jobs.
Lastly That will never happened Cosatu and SACP they failed us. Instead ANC hired Cuban and paid them fully.
While they leave out their workers going home unpaid at the same time those are the taxpayers.
