For a while now South Africans have been waiting for answers on many of their burning questions. The hope is that these answers will come in an address to the nation. Unfortunately, for a while now the president has not addressed the nation, which means that South Africans are still patiently waiting. Hopefully he does soon, when he does here are some of the questions South Africans want answered.
Basic Income Grant :
While South Africans are receiving the SRD grant at the moment, it is very little. Most people are living in poverty in South and R350 is only a small help. While there has been talks of a basic income grant. It's unfortunately unknown where they are in rolling it out. Hopefully the president covers this the next time he speaks.
We are currently receiving sessions of load shedding periodically. These sessions are an inconvenience to many South Africans. It's something we've been dealing with for a long time and something we hope will stop soon. During his next address, we hope that the president will tell us his plan of action to deal with Load shedding in South Africa. That is if he has one.
A possible fourth wave :
There has been talk around a fourth wave of the Coronavirus infections happening in December. However we do not know for Sure whether he will. As another wave may cause another lockdown, which will be a serious Inconvenience to South Africans, we need to know how we should prepare.
While we do hope the president will address the nation soon, we can only hope. Until than please take all precautions to stay safe. What do you think of these observations, tell me your opinions in the comments section and follow for more news as it happens.
