Nike Has Announced It's Permanently Leaving The Russian Market.

MOSCOW - Nike said Thursday it will be for all time leaving the Russian market and won't resume its stores after briefly covering them soon after Moscow began a tactical mission in Ukraine.

The US activewear goliath is among a developing rundown of Western organizations - - including McDonald's and Starbucks - - that chose to pull out of Russia over Ukraine.

"Nike Inc. gone with a choice to leave the Russian market... The Nike stores were briefly shut as of late and won't resume," the organization said in a proclamation.
