Intelligence Quotient(IQ) is a number representing a persons abillity to reason which is measure using problem solving tests. World standard accepted average IQ is a score of 100 points, with majority(70%) scoring within 15% of 85 and 115 points. A score of 120 points upwards is considered high IQ score and that is a capacity of only 30% of the world's population.

Sub Suharan Africa is in top 2 richest corridors in the world, with gold, platinum, diamonds, fertile land, good climate for multi-agriculture purposes and many more opportunities that pitch the region with high potential to call the shots on the table of global economies. However the region remains a tombstome of dead potential and debris of endless turmoil.
