The PSL log standing after today's games

Today we were featuring five games starting with Orlando Pirates who were at home against Mamelodi Sundowns. In a typical fashion, Sundowns lambasted Pirates courtesy of a second-half brace from Peter Shalulile. The reigning PSL Footballer of the Year inspired Masandawana through a second-half scintillating performance to their fourth successive victory over the Buccaneers.

AmaZulu who impressed last season but struggle to find their mojo this season have won their first game of the season. The defeated Baroka through an early penalty after Joslin Kamatuka brought down Sphesihle Maduna on the byline, inside the box.

The newly-promoted Sekhukhune United is thriving in PSL way beyond the expectations of many pundits. Today they managed to secure another point at the hands of Golden arrows.

Supersport United continue their fine form after a late win which catapulted them to the second position in the league. Stellenbosch who are also in fine form is separated by goal difference with their rival in the third position.
