Safaricom Announces Crucial Services that Will Be Missing from Monday 27th to Tuesday 28th
Safaricom, the world's largest telecommunications company, has informed its clients that numerous services will be discontinued. Safaricom, in a statement posted on its different social media sites, stated that the business was performing a number of maintenance procedures.
The telecommunications provider has announced that all M-PESA services would be unavailable starting on Monday, September 27th, 2021.
During the maintenance period, the business indicated that services such as purchasing airtime, and mshwari services will be unavailable on the network.
The services will be unavailable starting at 2359 UTC on Monday and will remain unavailable for a total of 4 hours till Tuesday O400 UTC.
According to the corporation, the maintenance will be carried out in order to support the continuing transformation and security of the systems in question.
