Steve mahlangu who is the department spokeperson he said the full investigation it was conducted and also it was found, the magistrate's court notes they were in possession of the relevent court officials.
They said it is standard practice for the clerk of the court to retrieve the charge sheet, as the custodian of the court records, for the futher proccessimf, the storage, the said yet interaction between yhe clerk of the court, the journalist they were seen in the video, images and it was based on thr journalist requesting so that he have sight of the charhe sheet.
He said this Is allowed and it does not even imply that Abu documents they were removed from the courtroom, mahlangu he also added that all the dockets they are held by the national prosecuting authority, and once they will be handed over by the pile officers investigating officer.
They said the docket never get transmitted to the magistrate or the judge hearing a matter, the docket it was not part of the documents that they were exchanged between the court officials that it seen in the videos and the images.
