Bail was denied to a 19-year-old Pampierstad, Northern Cape, man, who stands blamed for the homicide of his folks.
Tebogo Segae purportedly hauled the groups of his folks - Stanley and Elizabeth - behind a moving vehicle and dumped them in a veld on 27 August.
He was captured upon the arrival of the episode.
Mojalefa Senokoatsane, National Prosecuting Authority representative for the Northern Cape, said Segae picked to speak to himself in court, rather than utilizing lawful portrayal.
He faces two checks of homicide.
Senokoatsane said the investigator, Dineo Mathule, restricted bail, particularly given the idea of the offense.
The Pampierstad Magistrate's Court rejected abandon Tuesday as it accepted he didn't present convincing reasons that justified the conceding of bail, and it would not be to the greatest advantage of equity to do as such.
Pampierstad is among Vryburg and Kimberley in the Northern Cape.
The case was deferred to 20 October for additional examination.
