Port Elizabeth Man Robbed Of Bicycle Worth R150 000 While Out Riding

A 46-year-old cyclist was supposedly looted of his costly bike at an opportune time Friday morning while at the same time cycling in Victoria Road in Walmer, Port Elizabeth

As per police representative Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg, it is asserted that at about 06:10 the man was cycling alone toward Marine Drive, Schoenmakerskop.

"As he was going down Victoria Road, he saw two men running toward him. As he passed the two men, they pushed him from his bicycle. He was burglarized of his red-and-dark specific S Works off-road bicycle, a Garmin watch, bike fog light and a couple of cleated trail blazing bicycle riding tekkies."

The man at that point strolled to a police headquarters where he detailed the episode. He continued minor wounds to his arms.

Janse van Rensburg said Walmer criminologists are mentioning the help of recycled vendors and the network to pay special mind to anybody endeavoring to sell the taken property.

"The bike is esteemed at over R150 000. Anybody with data may contact Detective Lieutenant Colonel Melody Oranje on 082 441 8505, or Crime Stop on 08600 10111, or their closest police headquarters. All data is carefully classified and guests reserve the privilege to stay mysterious."
