Bhisho High Court in the Eastern Cape has sentenced a 62-year-old man to 18 years imprisonment for raping a 15-month-old baby. NPA spokesperson Anelisa Ngcakani says the baby was found in the same bed as the accused by his wife.

Some are saying, Imagine the vulnerable trust that a 15 month baby has. 15 month old can even kiss a lion ... aaag cmon man - 18 years is not enough. It should have been life. Our courts are so inconsistent and lack sensitivity. How can a normal person do such evil thing raping 1year 3months old baby, rape crimes should be taken very seriously.
