It has been two months since the African National Congress has taken their employees for granted, and it is extremely immoral for the African National Congress to treat their employees unfairly. This is due to the fact that ANC employees have been without pay for a long time, and this is causing them a great deal of worry.
It's been more than two months since ANC employees have been paid their salaries, allowing them to feed their families. The ANC is being disrespectful by just caring about themselves and not the employees' well-being.
Workers in the African National Congress are in disbelief after learning of the ruling party's surprising move. This is because the ruling party was supposed to make amends with their workforce on the circumstance they were in.
This is due to the ruling party's announcement that more than R60 million has been provided to help with the approaching elections. Employees were not expecting such a shock, thus this was awful news for them. This is due to the fact that over one million workers were anticipated to get their pay.
This follows their decision to withdraw their support for the party in the forthcoming November 1st election. This was their sole option for exerting pressure on their bosses, but it appears that their efforts were in vain.
This is due to the fact that companies may listen to their employees' problems, and this was a surprising turn from them. This could imply that the ANC is willing to take all risks in terms of staff wages in order to cover the costs of their campaigns.
What are your thoughts on this, and what are your thoughts on the ANC's present R60 million decisions?
