ZEP holders vows not to leave South Africa.

An association of Zimbabwe Permit Holders in South Africa has vowed not to withdraw their court action against the country's Home Affairs department's decision to terminate the ZEP in December 2022.

This is coming after the nongovernmental organization Helen Suzman Foundation HSF has also challenged the Home Affairs decision on Zimbabweans residing in South Africa. ZEP holders don't want to leave the country irrespective of the threats coming from Home Affairs.

Some South Africans have reacted to this in different ways, take a look at some of their responses below;

@Itumele_Mora tweeted,

"Why are they so entitled?"

@Gobetse_M tweeted,

"Job creation is just an ANC election campaign slogan, these permits should’ve never been issued if they’re serious about creating jobs, we have the highest unemployment rate in the world but foreigners are happily employed in our country."

@athi_mini tweeted,

"Palpitations elsewhere."

@Thokoza49090055 tweeted,

"These people want to play this whole thing in the media. They are going back home. Tell those people that they are going back home."
