EX-EMPLOYEE MALL OF THE NORTH WOOLWORTHS TALKS ABOUT BEING BULLIED BY MANAGEMENT

A Woolworths employee at Polokwane's County Road Mall of North complained on social media about the manager's bullying and refusal to accept her letter of resignation.

She quit from Woolworths County Road Mall of the North because her current manager abused her on a daily basis until she could take it no longer.

She was refused permission to leave the company on the day she sent in her letter of resignation.

Morongwa According to Rosalia Makwela, only her favorites had weekends off, even when they had personal obligations to attend to.

Morongwa continued by saying that she would curse at them in front of their coworkers if they asked for a day off on that particular day.

She recalled an occasion recently when she had a family emergency and decided not to report to work, but she still informed her of the circumstance. She warned her to leave and how much she despised her during her subsequent shift.

She stated in her own words: "I've never been a fan of you. Even the head office's reasoning for hiring you is unknown to me. I would do everything in my power to get you out of the firm as quickly as possible."
