Bianca Mayti is a young lady of 21 years who has an obsession with getting job offers and has held over 30 job positions so far. Miss Mayti revealed this in an interview with Good Morning America (GMA).
A call back for an interview gives her a rush after she gets the job, according to her.
Bianca explained that going on so many job interviews allowed her to learn about interview strategies and recruitment hacking.
Since then, she says made it her career to help others land their dream jobs by applying all the information and strategies she has accumulated over time.They all used the same tactics, she said.
A diagnosis of autism let Bianca to turn her obsession into a full-fledged career."I quit my full time job to help others find jobs so I could spend time with my daughter," said the young woman.Other reasons give by the Miss Mayti include her frustration at seeing qualified candidates pass up on positions due to lack of knowledge of the formula.
