College Education

Pravin gives out the list of critical skills needed in SA, see what SA says

According to Net Care, there is a scarcity of nurses; Pravin Gordhan, the CEO of Eskom, has stated that there is a dearth of engineering and technical capabilities at the company; and Joe Phaahla has stated that there is a shortage of doctors.

SA has 46 percent unemployment rate. There is a deep-seated problem with the way things are run in our country.

They have to quit whining about it. I know several engineers who got as far as their second year of schooling before deciding to quit. If there is a lack of engineers, they ought to just go ahead and hire people. They've already accomplished half of their goal. Experience gained on the job will make up for it.

It's time to stop making excuses and start giving people jobs. I will not drive over a bridge that was designed by someone who only attended engineering school for two years before dropping out. Would you be willing to have surgery performed by a "doctor" who has only studied medicine for two years?

There is no professional who carries proof of their qualification at all times. Where on the galaxy do you call home? Who even cares about qualifications in the twenty-first century?

Eliminating qualifications is the best course of action. They present obstacles for entering the workforce, particularly for college students who did not complete their degrees. Great. I have absolutely NO qualifications in the medical field, but I'm willing to give it a chance anyhow. I won't charge what other qualified doctors do; instead, I'll be quite affordable. Please contact me regarding your medical needs. PS, I'm also willing to try my hand at fixing your automobile if you need it. You are suffering from a lack of educators in STEM fields. You have an abundance of teachers for Sotho, History, and Afrikaans, but if you want to fix your science problems, including those with Eskom, you need teachers for mathematics, physics, and chemistry. If you've ever wondered why so many people are unemployed, perhaps this will shed some light. Because, as far as I am aware, Eskom has not been conducting skill transfer for the past ten years, your technical skill may be lacking as a result. I say this without intending to insult you. The government did not train nurses in engineering or numbers. Dr. Both of these statements can be true at the same time, right? I don't have any say, and the unemployment rate is very high because most people took very different courses. In any case It hurts to hear both of your comments, but the reality is that we live in a shithole.
