Congratulations to Dr Ibbo Mandaza who has been appointed Adjunct Professor at the Wits School of Governance in South Africa, Prof Mandaza is the director of SAPES Trust in Harare. After independence he was the man behind manpower development with Edgar Tekere as his minister, they send thousands of underprivileged Zimbabweans to study abroad in order to get the missing technical skills including pilots and engineersMandaza maybe a genius is certain aspects but for me, he remains a Zanu witch who contributed towards the Zimbabwean suffering. You can continue congratulating the man at your own peril, and South Africans wont be happy as they did to the late Mayor
