On Sunday during Kaizer Chiefs' much needed victory against Maritzburg United, the reigning defender of the season Njabulo Ngcobo gave a man of the match winning performance. The KZN born defender went to celebrate the victory in style by visiting one of the leading car dealerships.
Having integrated himself in the Kaizer Chiefs starting XI and also in the national team set up, Njabulo Ngcobo has undergone a drastic car upgrade that ranges worth over half a million rand. On Tuesday the KZN born defender took to IG to flaunt his new ride, which certainly looks like the BMW 3 series. The luxurious car is one of the most popular cars at Kaizer Chiefs.
Instead of congratulating him, his teammates went to troll him. Bruce Bvuma took to the comment section to state, "sivelelwe ke manje", which loosely translates to "we will never hear the end of this". Kaizer Chiefs new recruit Austin Dube also took to the comment section to troll his teammate. In the comment section Dube went to state, "Uzosihlupha Pholoba", which can be translated to "Ngcobo will give us a hard time".
A number of Njabulo Ngcobo's fans and followers on IG have since taken the time to congratulate him, with one opting to mention that he hopes Ngcobo has also taken a wise decision by investing for rainy days. Prior to his recent car upgrade the KZN born defender has on a number of times been spotted behind the wheel of a VW Polo, which is considered as a starter pack in the football fraternity.
