Traffic officers were conducting a road block on the R511 road when they notice the Black Ford Mustang vehicle with no number plates driving from a night club at a very high speed. They tried to get the car to stop but the driver did not stop at any point and continued driving very fast, police immediately pursued the vehicle until they got it. When they got to a place where the vehicle was stopped it was discovered that the driver had abandoned it and ran in the Bush is on foot.
The police proceeded to search the car and discovered that the driver was in possession of a firearm with an erased serial number, however it was established that it had just been stolen at the nightclub. Unfortunately the criminal managed to escape the arrest and police are currently looking for him, the good part is that the driver of the vehicle will be able to recover it even though it might have been difficult for him to leave the nightclub after losing his car.
