Someone Was Shamed When the Nissan GT-R Grudge Raced the Challenger Hellcat and the C6 Corvette.

Even though many people enjoy the mighty quarter-mile events that gather the best of the best every now and then, nothing beats close-quarters battles at an intimate venue, especially when it comes to grudge matches.

While the former occur only on occasion, the latter are most likely organized on a regular basis.

At least at this undisclosed location, as this isn't the first time we've seen some quarter-mile coolness at this venue, thanks to the Drag Racing and Car Stuff channel on YouTube.

Surprisingly, it feels like déjà vu, as the focus of the latest feature (video embedded below) is once again on an R35 Nissan GT-R.

The Japanese sports car is white this time, so we know it's not the same as the blue example that previously competed for eternal glory with a crimson C7 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1.

Or, more accurately, to settle a score, as there are no time rematches designed to do so safely and entertainingly. The crowd appears to be pleased, as usual, judging by the number of onlookers in the stands and near the dragstrip lanes.

Nevertheless, this makes the racers' designs difficult to discern. But, thankfully, we're dealing with some of the usual suspects, and the first burgundy competitor is easily identified as a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat (the description also gave it away, of course).

The race begins at 0:50, and while the Dodge initially appeared to have the upper hand due to a better launch, it was the JDM representative who emerged victorious.

At the 1:30 mark, a blue C6 Chevy Corvette attempted to wash away the shame for domestic representatives, but it was futile...
