Belgium court has ruled that use of a COVID pass is illegal and ordered the local government to pay a daily fine of €5,000 until they withdraw the measure. It's for a Southern region of Belgium called Wallonia (home to 3.6 million) and ruling was made in authorities absence due to a combination of holidays.
