It was a frantic week for outgoing Mtubatuba mayor Thobelani Ncamphalala after he survived n assassination attempt. The trio was arrested last Tuesday and charged with conspiracy to kill the ANC Far North regional secretary, outgoing mayor Thobelani Ncamphalala, before the local government elections.
