By Nhlanhla Maseko While some are living well in the cities whereby they have clean running tap water, some are struggling in having water each and everyday in the villages. About five villages under the Sekhukhune District Municipality have allegedly been struggling with water since 2003. Residents from those villages have taps but it is said that there is no water coming out of those taps.
