Premier Zikalala expresses gratitude to all who assisted in the flood relief efforts in KZN.

Premier Sihle Zikalala of KwaZulu-Natal has praised employees who assisted flood victims and recovered dead as part of the rescue and emergency services. Zikalala has been speaking in the provincial workers' parliament in Esikhawini, near Empangeni, on the province's north coast. Last month's floods claimed the lives of almost 400 individuals.
