They did all this because of electricity woes they are facing in their community. It is quite disturbing to see how people still want things to be done their way and if they do not happen that way they go extra miles by disturbing law abiding citizens. Of course there are certain things that the government promises when they want people to vote but we have to accept that it's not everything that they will do.
