Its a new year, the new young talent search in the republic of South Africa, Idols is about to begun with new season in few weeks time. Last year, the season ended without Judge Somizi Mhlongo Motaung after they suspended him in the middle of season due to physical abuse allegations leveled against him by his husband Mohale Motaung Mhlongo.
A lot of talent has crossed the stage of South African idols since its debut in 2002, many seasons and thousands of contestants line up in front of the judges for their chance and there can only be one winner. Some of the artists were once part of the contestants and lost on idols but made a name for themselves after they were eliminated on the show.
The Economic Freedom Fighters is always known to be the the toughest political organization to work with. Although this political organization is not that old, it has achieved so many things through putting pressure. Many political organizations tried by all means to work with the Economic Freedom Fighters but their relationship mostly didn't last.
Idols runner up Sneziey Msomi had her traditional wedding ceremony. She revealed that her man paid Lobola for her in November after 9 months of being together. Sneziey said He had a crush on her since 2017 and they started talking in each other's direct messages on Instagram.
Randall Abrahams, is a Radio and television personality known for his pointed criticism of contestants on South Africa's biggest musician talent search competition Idols South Africa. Although fans and contests find it hard to impress this longest serving Idols South Africa judge, it seems like Nqobile has managed to find Randal Abrahams soft spot.
Idols South Africa was last night airing top 10 of the show. This was third week or rather episode without judge Somizi Mhlongo on the panel. Somizi Mhlongo Motaung was given special leave after the abuse allegations by his husband who's soon to be ex husband, Mohale Motaung Mhlongo.
Idols judge Randall is accused of being heart broken because Nqobie got eliminated. Randall Abrahams is the longest Idols South Africa judge who started with a show, 17 years ago and still standing strong. He has a huge musical and entertainment musical background. He is known on the show to be a hardest nut core to break and not easy to impress but in this season there was Nqobie who impressed him week in week out.
South African Idols fans have accused rhe judges of having their favorites and giving good comments to the people that they like. As Judges it is their jobs to critic and give advice to the contestants however fabs have noticed that Unathi and Randall have been showing favoritism. Unathi corrected S'22Kile on her pronunciation of a Xhosa word that she had sung wrong.
On Sunday 19 August 2021, Idols South Africa was on third week or rather third episode without judge Somizi Mhlongo Motaung on the panel after he was suspended from the show due to allegations raised by his husband Mohale Motaung Mhlongo that he abused him. On the episode which top 10 for this season were performing, fans spotted a very interesting tension between judge Randall and judge Unathi.
This evening on Idols we got to have the Kalawa Jazmee and career launching juggernaut that is Oskido. It makes sense since part of the Idols prizes is a recording contract with his company. This evening we also said goodbye to Sia, one of the best performers of the show in my humble opinions but the voters thought otherwise.

Unathi criticized S'22Kile for her pronunciation of the Xhosa lyrics. People felt like Unathi was being unfair because the contestant is not Xhosa speaking.
On Saturday the 9th of October Idols SA revealed the guest judge on their Facebook page. This time they have chosen one of Mzanzi Magic Actress and musician. This Sunday night Thembi Seete will be joining Randall and Unathi at the judges table. She has been playing the role of Gladys on the telenovela of "Gomora" channel 161.
Kelly Khumalo is really not on everyone's good books lately, but there is really nothing new here. If there is one celebrity in South who has developed a thick skin it has to be Kelly Khumalo. This woman has been through the most, with people tarnishing her name but yet she is still graciously standing.
The top four contestants on Idols SA fought all out on Sunday, October 31 as they battled for a spot in the final three. Due to the fact that the judges selected songs for them to sing in the first round, S'22Kile, Berry, Karabo, and Kevin were required to give their all on the night.
Why IdolsSA is not changing judges for next year South Africans are not happy with the judges final decisions more especially at the time of the auditions. They deny so many contestants the opportunity to become better performers along the way in the competition. Fans have been seeing same old judges since the IdolsSA started and mostly they are not happy wih them.
