It has been sadly confirmed by the province's General Management and Traditional Affairs Council (Cogta) that the KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) floods have killed more than 300 people, with thousands homeless. May more are displaced and can't locate their family members as the struggle to escape the floods and stay alive remains the top priority.
