Const Meshack Masiza, 26, was found in the act in Rooigrond outside Mahikeng on Sunday. Common police representative Brig Sabata Mokgwabone said Masiza was captured close by two regular citizens, Motlamedi Lekalake, 24, and Jabufor Ngwa, 39.
