Thembi Tfwala of Malangeni area in Mankayaye on Tuesday appeared before Acting Magistrate Sicelo Lokothwayo at the Mankayaye Circuit Court for contravening the Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence (SODV) Act of 2018.
