Appliances and electrical equipments break down all the time, and some times they are fixable or sometimes in a state of no repair. The Mpumalanga Department of Health has learnt with shock about an incident in Barberton M'Afrika clinic.Where it is alleged that a three year old baby died at the clinic after waiting for an ambulance for more than three hours.
