The Descriminatory and unjust Policies enacted against Black people by the Government of the history of South Africa resulted in the founding of now the oldest Liberation Movement in the whole African Continent. However the "African National Congress" was a subsequent Name of a Previous Black Resistance Movement against oppression in South Africa.

The Kwazulu-natal ANC Provincial Secretary Mdumiseni Ntuli said the members who have seen asked to step aside, one of which is actually facing a charge of Rape. While others are facing charges of corruption, Murder and even attempted murder among other serious offences that normal citizens would have been locked up instantly for.
