By Reuters Time of article distributed 8h back  Tokyo - A solid tremor with a starter size of 7.1 hit off the shore of eastern Japan on Saturday, shaking structures in Tokyo, yet there seemed, by all accounts, to be no significant harm and no wave cautioning was given.  The focal point of the seismic tremor was off the shoreline of Fukushima prefecture at a profundity of 60 km (36 miles), the Japan Meteorological Agency said.  The seismic tremor hit at 11:08pm nearby time and shook structures in the capital.
