Flavio Hlabangwane(26) was arrested after female body parts were found in his freezer where he is a tenant in Protea Glen.This body parts were discovered by his girlfriend while he was at the shops.He tried to commit suicide for the first time by cutting his writs on the day of arrest and was swiftly taken to the hospital.He attempted suicide for the second time by overdosing on the meds he was given the first time he attempted suicide and unfortunately for him thay didn't work in his favor too.The lawyer representing Hlabangwane has initiated an application to have a probe into his mental state after this second attempt.Apparently,the body parts found have not been yet identified but it is said that they are of a female related to the accused Hlabangwane.On the 22nd of November after all the evidence was gathered and provided,the court agreed that Flavio Hlabangwane should be observed mentally.He will be kept in the hospital section of Johannesburg prison.The case will resume on the 30th of November.
